hi i'm kate from indiana i have AGS.... i'm not sure what you mean by sw CAH sorry... not to educated on my problem bue to lack of self esteem all that good stuff so i never really took time to learn, explore, just tried to ignore it... not recommonended.... well i'm 27 kate like i said hope all is well have good day
