re: re: NIH visit jepordized by ex...please help
Sep. 12th, 2008   2:48pm

Update...

My ex called and said he is absolutely not wanting them to go to NIH. He has already called DCF (who directed him to call his attorney). He has the divorce settlement, which he says that he has to agree to this (I thought the settlement said that we have to pay 50-50 on large expenditure decisions...I have to relook at that thing). He also said he called some person at NIH and said that he does not give permission for them to participate.

He said that I am making a decision for them, and he understands why I want to go. But I should go talk to as many people as possible, and study as much as possible. There is no reason for his children to be put through any of this, as they will not directly benefit from it.

Yet again he and I don't agree. I think we are missing a great opportunity.

I think he probably got an assignment from work that is going to make him leave town, and he won't be available to take care of my non-CAH child. Who knows...
