re: NIH visit jepordized by ex...please help
Sep. 12th, 2008   2:56pm

Having participated in the Natural History study along with other studies at the NIH I thinkit is one of the best places in the country to get a VERY complete evaluation by one of the best endo's in the world.    I had access to so many tests that I could never have done through my endo. They were able to recommend the best dose for me (SW CAH) and I feel perfect on the lowest dose ever for me.   I thought I understood my CAH but they were able to educate me even more.

As a parent I'am sure you want only the best medical care for your kids. As a patient I jump at the opportunity to participate in studies at the NIH to help me and to help science out in studying CAH.       Do your children have an opionion about going??

I wish you the best in getting your children in the study.
