Another thing is that if your husband fights this legally and you have to cancel right now, don't worry too much because you can reschedule. We have been out there twice and one time we had to cancel at the last minute. NIH can deal with it. NIH pays for EVERYTHING so you would not have a financial burden except for any of your own costs if you sightsee. Also, I know that NIH would definitely pay for your non-LOCAH child to fly there, however you might have to reschedule because you can not get a flight by Sunday. I understand you have had all this planned and its a lot of anxiety to go or to change plans at the last minute. If your ex does have a legal right to stop you from going, then its his right. Maybe then it will give you sometime to LEGALLY get permission to take your kids to NIH. NIH is the best place for an adequate evaluation and it could be the BEST thing for their health.
