We've been doing this type of dosing for years since my daughter was 2. She is now 8. Anyway, she started growing very soon after and has remained in the 75% ever since. (Before she had slowly gone completely off the charts.) I am very surprised that your son is now undersuppressed. Did his total daily dose remain constant in the switch to 4 times a day? We actually had to lower my daughter's meds several times because the new dosing worked so well. Also, she slept much better, lost some roundness in her face and seemed generally less fussy. I would go ahead and add meds in the 3am and 7am. We have done this over the years as the need to increase due to growth has occurred. If you have any other questions let me know. Take care, Julia
