I've had it, but as a result of a significant sports injury, not related directly to CAH. I find it interesting that it's classed a disease, as it can also be caused by sudden trauma.
The best thing I found was ibruprofen gel applied daily, and rest. I was unable to play any sport for about 9 months, and struggled with stairs for several. Nowadays it's completely pain free, even for direct contact.
