I agree too with the circulation problem. Asthma can do that too but it has to be pretty severe. My husband's cousin had a little boy that had blue lips all the time. He had heart surgery to repair something in his heart. I can't remember because it was 20 years ago but I can remember looking at this little boy in awe of his blue lips. Very tiny he was too. They repaired it and is fine today. I say get that checked out asap. You tired? Dizzy? Feeling faint?
