Parents that have teen to adult kids with SWCAH

Daughters have SWCAH, have questions about future
Feb. 8th, 2010 9:19pm I have 2 daughters with SWCAH and they seemed to always be sick and in the hospital weekly when they were around other kids. So about 2 years ago we decided to stop letting our daughters play with other children and now any time we go out they wear face masks and sanitize continously. I decided to homeschool too so they dont have to deal with all the illness in schools that get passed around. Our families and friends dont understand this and has distanced everyone from us, we never wanted this to happen and it kills me every time my daughter asks about school or her cousins. This puts a lot of stress on me and my husband, we can never go anywhere or do anything in fear the girls will get sick and be in the hopital or worse have another adrenal crisis. If anyone can give advice on how others have grown up around other kids and are still pretty healthy, any advice would help, our endocrine cant even seem to answer if the girls will ever be able to be around others.
