Have you had your children checked for immune deficiencies? Immunoglobulins, IgA, IgG deficiencies etc. Something doesn't sound quite right. How old were your girls when all these hospitalisations were happening? Often it can be a bit rough with increased vulnerability for adrenal crisis until CAH children are about four or five years old, then it settles down.
